I don't know about you but like everyone and their sister I've been doing a little (ok, a lot) of baking while I've had all this extra time at home and it's been so good for me. 😍 Food is truly my love language.
And while I know I already have a couple of cookie recipes up on here, they were a little on the smaller side. Plus it's been a while since I created something from scratch.

What I created was this huge cookie that is a blend of chewy and crunchy. It's delicious warm or cold. And it can be switched up to fit whatever you'd like to go in it.😁 So far I've stuffed them with peanut butter and chocolate chips. Who knows what I'll go with next. I'll probably start putting mini versions of it on cakes/cupcakes soon bc it's that good!🤤
The great thing is, you can make a whole batch of cookie dough, put them in the freezer and bake them in bits as the craving hits you. 😉
