Sweater Weather Tag ft Grace K

Happy "hump" day lovelies!

So as you know I'm a dedicated YouTube watcher. And I don't mean the search for a random video kind, I'm a real deal subbie. I follow various YouTubers on their channels and wait to get notified about new videos. I love vlogs, hair, make-up and food tutorials. The one thing I especially love is the Tags! And I've been wanting to do some for a while, but as I'm not venturing off into the Vlogsphere any time soon, I decided I'd start some up here :)

How appropriate is it to have the first one be a #SweaterWeather tag? If you've read my Taking stock Autumn 2016 post you'll know how much I love this time of year. And I met someone who's equally excited about it, my (in another life) twin *cheesing* So grab whatever hot drink you fancy and enjoy the read.

Favourite candle scent?
I love the smell of vanilla-caramel and autumn leaves. I love the smell of pine in the woods; it's very calming and has an air of serendipity that allows me to escape to an intangible place that transcends physical domain. I call this place "Ëranudiamopolis" my place, my secret place.

Exciting changes

Happy Monday lovelies,

Hope you had a lovely weekend and are having a great start to your week?
I had an amazing weekend. My beautiful cousin *read sister* Kenna got married to her love Levi and I stood in as a make-up artist/hair stylist/photographer and guest.lol. You guys know what family weddings are like. It was super fun and I'd definitely do it all over again.

Unfortunately I'm down with the flu now so I spent most of yesterday and today in bed. Body too sore and voice long gone so I couldn't get much done but it did give me the opportunity to do some of the changes I'd been wanting to do on the blog for a while. #SilverLining

I Am A Zed Blogger Challenge : How To Survive In The Jungle

Ola!

As I mentioned in my last post, I recently joined the #IAmAZedBlogger Challenge because I am just that; a loud proud Zambian blogger hoping to make my mark and have my little voice heard.
This Month's post is titled "How To Survive In The Jungle" and it came with this little quote,
"Africa is not for sissies, but if you make it here you can make it anywhere."
I believe that is so true and while it may be applied to many areas of life, my challenge today is to let you all know how I make that quote work for me in the big bad blogsphere.

*roaring in the distance*

While trying to navigate my way through this "Jungle" I've picked up a few survival tools that newbies and seasoned explorers alike may find useful.

Taking stock Autumn 2016

Hello lovelies!
Source
*shocked face emoji* Is it seriously April already? I feel like I only just put up that Hello March picture a few days ago. Where's the time flying to you guys? *sigh*
So it's Autumn!!! I actually miss being in Cape Town around the time of year. Not for the ugly weather change; who misses the cold, wet rain? Not this girl! I miss it for all the lovely colours of the leaves and the few flowers that are still around. My walks home were the best at this time of year. That, and over sized sweater and scarf weather, Yes? *Hi5 emoji*
Winter's coming here too and the rainy days are getting a little more spread out. We're in the second quarter of the year and I thought it would be best to do another one of these, just to keep on track yeah?
